"We have sent a message requesting shuttles to the airport for the next day. Upon check in, we were told that since we booked the hotel room through Expedia that the hotel staff does not read messages from Expedia. By then the shuttles we needed the next day were fully booked and we had to take a later one which was close to our flight time. We found the woman was rude and disinterested in our situation. She said you can just walk to the airport. I would never stay at this hotel again."

"We had a very good overnight stay having arrived on a late flight. From the efficient courtesy pick up to the excellent reception and bar staff. Very good express breakfast at the bar. Would recommend to anyone requiring an overnight stay at the airport."

"My flight was late arriving. After paying for a cab to the airport (shuttle only goes to 20:00) I arrived to nobody in reception to check me in to my room. I paid for an Uber back to the airport to hang out on the floor. Thanks 😕"
