"We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Republique in April. The hotel is located in a good part of Paris and is quite accessible. The breakfast was excellent but what made me write this review and give it 5 stars is the staff. Our son had a bad bout of food poisoning the night before our flight back to the US. He was throwing up all night and we had to call the front desk at 2 am and they came and cleaned the toilet and the bathroom and changed the sheets and the bedding in the middle of the night so we could still try and get a couple hours of sleep before heading to the airport. They even tried to see if they could give us another room but the hotel was totally booked. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy especially given how late in the night it was and they helped without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Paris."

"Good breakfast but very crowded at busy times (Easter weekend though!) The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the location is excellent. There are, however, extensive renovations happening. The “corridor” to the dining room is awful and the drilling was loud (this is confined to specific times and not too early.) The biggest issue was that there was no name on the hoarding surrounding the hotel, so it took us ages to find it! Totally avoidable first impression. We would definitely return once work is completed but not at the moment."

"I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. There was a great variety of fresh and high-quality options, from pastries and fruit to more substantial choices, all served in a lovely setting. In addition, the hotel offered complimentary food throughout the day, which was a really thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. The room was beautifully designed—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. The location is another major highlight. Situated in a convenient and charming area, it was easy to walk to many attractions, cafés, and shops. Overall, the hotel perfectly combines comfort, style, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris."

"The locations is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms even smaller. If you are taller you cannot use the bathroom comfortably. In the morning there is no hot water! Shower at night! "
