"The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early when our room was ready. However, there were a few inconveniences. The sink was extremely low, even for someone shorter like me, which made it uncomfortable to use. The hotel also does not provide umbrellas, which is surprising since many hotels typically offer them, especially in a city with unpredictable weather. Additionally, there were no complimentary bottled water in the room, although you can refill water at the restaurant. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the staff, but some basic amenities were missing."

"Easy check in. Conveniently located in the Old City. Very clean. The premium apartment had a queen sized bedroom, a small living area with a pull out sleeper couch and an efficiency kitchen and full sized refrigerator. Dishes, cups, silverware, cooking pots, and a pod coffee maker with coffee pods are provided. Everything was clean. Remote check in was easy. There are no staff on site but they are easily accessible by phone and text. It’s a good little efficiency apartment to use if you don’t want to eat out all the time."
