Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. Everything was easy. We arrived late - shuttle showed up quick, check in was easy. Check out was also a breeze. Everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again if I am flying in or out of PIT early or late. Very convenient. Only downside - breakfast not included.
