"I had a great stay until I called the front desk, the morning of my check out, requesting a late check out and Alesha gave me a gracious decline of Noon. I was so thankful. A staff member, decided to bang on my door 3 times at 11:08. I was in room 807. Completely ruined my stay. I had to check out and go to work for 12 hours. That extra hour really would have made my day. Instead, I was pissed off and grumpy. Anyways, I understand things were crazy during draft week. I just felt I should share my experience. Everything else was amazing and on point. From "Revel" and the delightful porcini pasta and excellent service, to the security of having to use your key to use the elevator. I absolutely loved my stay and I would recommend to anyone for a great experience. William Lenz"
