Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of a vibrant nightlife neighborhood in Pittsburgh. The staff were very attentive and very helpful, from the valet parking attendant to the restaurant's staff. Everyone made sure you felt listen to and taken care of. The Hotel itself was beautiful, recently renovated, with an artsy feel. We dined in the hotel's restaurant on the rooftop, and the views of all of Pittsburgh were just breathtaking. All in all a very relaxed and pleasant stay in a top notch hotel. Highly recommended.

I am very critical of my hotel stays. I can certainly say this was 1 of my top 5 hotel stays. I travel alot. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. If I am ever in Pittsburgh again, this will be my hotel of choice.

Room was clean. Staff nice at check in. Okay in the Am. Check out time at 12 was nice. Rooftop resturant was fun . Weather was very accomodating. Did not realize would be charged for parking. Barn door in room did not cover bathroom completely. Lights in room should have a dimmer or different brightness by bed side. No small fridge. Beds were comfortable.

Clean room. I slept well on the King sized bed. The a/c worked great on a hot day. The overhead rain shower was nice. Windows had standard and blackout roll down curtains. The upstairs terrace was closed due to a wedding. Downstairs bar seemed well appointed, but there are many walkable bar/dining options nearby, so I really didn't have a chance to check it out. Parking was valet only and cost $32/day. About a 10 minute drive to PNC. All staff that I encountered were friendly, from valet to front desk. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in the area.

doesn’t say anywhere that valet parking is an additional $45. breakfast is additional and late checkout fee by 1 hour is an extra $50. cheap room because everything else is add-ons. blankets felt clean but there were lipstick and makeup stains. room was nice and staff were friendly otherwise.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s a good location in Lawrenceville. Depending on what side of the hotel you’re on, if you’re a light sleeper the loud traffic (read racing) on 40th might bother you. The bed in our room was really comfortable. The layout was a little weird w the sink in the main living space, shower off to the side and the toilet in a separate little room. Barn door for the toilet room didn’t close the whole way so be sure you’re comfortable w who you’re traveling with here !

Great location for Lawrenceville and Butler Street restaurants and shops. Road noise is loud inside rooms on 40th st side. Rooftop is closed Sunday and Monday, unfortunately, these were the days we stayed.

The view from the rooftop bar is incredible. Very happening spot on a Friday or Saturday night (provided the weather is good). Dinner and breakfast items were tasty. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for 1-2 people during a quick stay.
