"Despite the name this is not a “palazzo” experience. A minimalist hotel room with the bare minimum of toiletries and very cluttered public space. I was in room 108 and woke before 5:30 am by excess noise in building. And then there is the cost of 12 euros for breakfast when they get the pastries ..."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. ..."
