"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa, a disposizione in camera un frigo con l'acqua, macchinetta del caffè con cialde e zucchero, set di posate, piatti e tazze. Ottimo, anche il ristorante, con piatti tipici fatti alla griglia o pizza. Ottima scelta per chi viaggia in moto come noi perché si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare la propria moto davanti alla camera. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura offre un parco giochi...

"We stayed two nights at Pianelle Resort. The location was ideal for exploring the old town and taking advantage of the many nearby restaurants. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. They were a combination of modern / high spec and historical building. The only slight irritation / surprise was, although we didn’t need any, there would have been a charge for extra towels. This is unnecessary and sends the wrong message. However, this would not stop us from highly recommending it."

Merci 🙏 pour ce moment où on se sent chez soit et en même temps en vacances . Ce lieu est remplie d’émotions et bonnes ondes . Malgré le succès de Matera on se sent protégé et au calme. "Absolutely recommend staying here! the hotel was beautiful, the beds and pillows so so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful and the staff were so attentive, kind and helpful. Matera is a beautiful place to visit and quite special to be able to stay right in the centre. We had access to a little patio table and it allowed us to soak up the views of this historic UNESCO site as much as we wanted. Location is also great - made it very easy to swing by our room in between each activity of the day to refresh; very important with the heat in this town. We also tried out the baths - very relaxing and worth it. Make sure to call or email the hotel to book a timeslot for the baths - you don't get a discount if you book online, even if you are staying at the hotel."

"We rented out 3 rooms , all the room are different and very unique - clean - WiFi working well . There is some stairs from the hotel lobby to the room but the staff are amazing they will take care all your luggages with no problem. We ate at the hotel restaurant upstairs for one night . The view is beautiful but the food isn’t that good, service is a big disappointment , I almost rate them lower because of the restaurant service but I feel bad for all the people who’ve working at the front desk they worked super hard to please the customers. Overall, I love the hotel - the town . 2 days is enough for you to explore this town ."

"Wow !!! Stop looking you have found a gem !! Amazing room with a lovely terrace to enjoy aperitivo. Great staff with great recommendations, help , friendly. Breakfast was excellent If you have a car follow their instructions. Great to park car & do transfer . This town deserves to spend a few nights to really enjoy this unique experience Thank you again amazing staff"
