"We had a very spacious room and loved the Spanish style decor. The rooftop coffee bar and pastries were a nice addition to our stay and was complimentary. They had ice cream and pie in the evening, also complementary. We had to contact staff about water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The guests above us let the kids flood out the floor with the whirlpool bath. It was handled swiftly by staff and management was at my door within a couple of minutes to remedy the problem. They called later to apologize and ask if we needed a different room. We didn’t need another room but very impressed with the timeliness of the situation by staff and management. Would definitely stay here again."
