"The hotel’s location was nice. The lake view is very pretty. We chose the hotel because of the breakfast reviews, but found breakfast to be average at best. The restaurant inside was closed, and is only open during their busy season. Overall, the location was nice, but amenities were lacking. "

"The room was great! But by the time we got to the breakfast at 8:30 there was no milk or yogurt, the pancake/waffle maker was also out of order. There were no towels at the pool, but the staff was very friendly. The building is under renovation which is fine, but during spring break we expected a full breakfast and full staff. "The hotel is right on Lake Hamilton with some beautiful views. It is close to some very good restaurants. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a terrace to sit outside as well. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Very nice job of remodeling the place. Very tasteful and clean. "

"There were 2 downsides. The bed was terrable, hard as a brick. The pool was closed no swimming. One reason i stayed there was the pool and i had stayed in Gulfport MS at one and the bed was awesome. However the staff did bring a foam matttess the last night which was a little better. At least they tried. And they all were VERY friendly. So maybe a 4 insted of a 3?"

"We always enjoy this property when we stay here! The children love the swimming pool and sand play area. My husband enjoys fishing at the lake. And plus there are a lot of entertainment and food areas located in the area. The carpet had minor stains, but nothing we couldn’t get over. Especially since the place is a little older. Parking is great as long as you remember to put your parking tag in your window. We’ll definitely go back "
