"The mattress had stains and the shampoo and conditioner were empty in the shower and the pull out bed was broke. Could have been better for sure."

"The hotel’s location was nice. The lake view is very pretty. We chose the hotel because of the breakfast reviews, but found breakfast to be average at best. The restaurant inside was closed, and is only open during their busy season. Overall, the location was nice, but amenities were lacking. "

"The room was great! But by the time we got to the breakfast at 8:30 there was no milk or yogurt, the pancake/waffle maker was also out of order. There were no towels at the pool, but the staff was very friendly. The building is under renovation which is fine, but during spring break we expected a full breakfast and full staff. "The front desk guy was extremely efficient and helpfull. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was weird but ok. Its loud at night. Flushing toilets can be heard from different rooms, the heater clicks while its on and for some time after turning off. The fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds at 2:08 a.m."
