"I am so glad that I stayed there. A great experience from clean campsites , the extra clean shower and restroom areas to the friendly staff the experienced. I chose a covered wagon room. They sit right on the base of the Zions. There may be a few extra steps in them but the view from the deck is well worth it! There was something very neat about sleeping in the covered wagon and the large comfortable bed.
I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area."

"Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning a tired and worn room, but it smelled like someone had sh!t the bed in the room. They seriously should have deep-cleaned that room before assigning it to us. The rooms in general are basic, dark, and a little depressing. For this price point, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Would have been OK if not for the smell which they tried to cover up with too much perfume. The result was a chemical headache on top of the gagging smell. We left and got a room at a comparable price hotel nearby even though we had already paid for the night :( Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful."
