"I had a wonderful two nights in this Kindness facility. Besides the dinning, the room is clean and comfortable. A surprising finding is that this hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to HoHsin bus station."
"Property was pretty in old artistic fashion. Was clean and tidy with separate bathroom and TV, was of excellent value. Downside was a bit far from MRT.
Still highly rated and highly recommended."
"I loved our traditional room, and the public baths! It was so relaxing and so nice to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan. I highly recommend to everyone! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the tea and snacks were delicious!"
"It is a Motel, not good for a oversea visitor without car, it is not clean, place is good for special sex requirement, not recommend to people like us come from other country."

"Friendly staff when we checked in. Breakfast was amazing. Didn’t use the lounge for afternoon tea. Rooftop was great too. Excellent stay experience. "
"Very well sized rooms, huge gym and co-located with a mall with plenty of options. Close to the light rail station, but the MTR is a longer walk away. Would come back! "
"This hotel is quite old and run down. There is a lot of humidity throughout the hotel, especially in the elevators. The layout of the rooms, elevators and staircases are reminiscent of a cruise ship from the 1990’s. They do have free laundry machines, which is a fantastic perk. However, the stacked dryer takes hours to dry. Try to get the front loading dryer on the 10th floor that dries in about an hour.
They ask you to pay for your room when you check out. Which is strange.
I chose this hotel based on its high ratings and was somewhat disappointed. What partially makes up for it is their “happy hour” from 6-10 pm where they offer free snacks, pop and unlimited taiwan beer!"
