"Although the facility is clean and organized, the fact that they have a tiny, tiny room for two with one chair, staying in one of these rooms for a couple is like staying in a travel trailer.
The bathroom is tiny, plastic and challenging to navigate. The bedroom has two tiny water bottles, one tiny coffee stand, one chair and one queen bed that is way too big for a tiny trailer like setting.
Staff refused to bring an extra chair even though we both have back problems.
Furthermore, if an early check in of one hour is requested, it is only accommodated by a 500 pesos charge. The staff has, absolutely, no understanding of the needs of a guest and are rigid and rude.
I would strongly recommend against staying at this facility unless you want to feel like you're on a camping trip with a travel trailer."
