I booked the room on Expedia. My wife found the room totally unsatisfactory. We left after 5 minutes returned 🔑 &Expedia tells me NO REFUNDS PLS BEWARE so you don’t become the next victim of the bait & switch ads. Ina brighter note Expedia gave me a $50 credit for an opportunity to scam me AGAIN. They said they couldn’t refund the money because they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. Oddly they asked me to give them 72 hours yet they contacted me in less than 24 hours to tell me I get no refund. Make sure you drive a terrain vehicle to this place so you can park in your choice of pothole. Other than that it was a grand experience. I’m still in disbelief Expedia has customers pay for services they didn’t receive. Talk about low overhead This hotel is a DUMP.. NO OFFENSE TO THE TIRED LONELY TRUCKERS.. I was just describing the setting 🙃😫🙁"

"New hotel, smaller parking area but close to restaurants and easy access to interstate. Clean, comfortable bed- will stay again."

"The breakfast was mid. I had toast because nothing else really appealed to me. Not many muffins, sausage was spicy, etc.. I think a waffle iron would be better than the pancake conveyer belt."

"The good thing about this hotel is that it was a good location, clean, and the staff was friendly. The reason I rated it poor was the bathroom was small. The bathroom door hit the toilet when it was open and the hot water came and went."

"Room was clean and up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Beds and pillows were comfortable, AC worked and was quiet. The hotel had a single, very slow elevator. The fitness center had weights, one treadmill, and one elliptical machine. I was planning to use the treadmill, but it was in use, and I managed to do a pleasant 4-mile run on sidewalks around town without having to cross any major intersections. The shower had the normal body wash, shampoo and conditioner pumps, which is nice. Breakfast was also as expected: eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, pastries, fruit, and those glorious cinnamon rolls. Also, they have the newer grind-on-demand coffee machines, which are especially good for those of us who drink decaf. Parking was a little tight, but we found a spot."
