"Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger! Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space. Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again "

"Great place to rest your head after a long day of sightseeing. It was close to all you want to see, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc.. Room was ok, definitely dated though. Shower was unusable due to it being moldy. Other than that though it was a great location and the bed was comfy enough to have a great nights sleep. Enjoyed the fact that they had free luggage storage. Breakfast was included in the stay, and it smelled delicious but there was t enough tables to sit and eat so we didn’t eat."

"Staff very helpful. Food very reasonably priced. Bed very comfortable. Shower totally unusable due to excessively hot temperatures. The stair carpets could do with replacing."

"Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it."
