The rooms was very tidy and you wouldn’t think pets stay there too! It’s a lovely place to stay and I would definetely return again. Thankyou x"

"Great hotel and facilities. Lorraine and jenny were most attentive at breakfast times. Jahana was a friendly and charismatic manager. Areas for improvement- more plant-based, gut friendly options at mealtimes. House/keeping in terms of cleaning and tidying our room and replacing used glasses. Hotel is new and very modern otherwise."

The room itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed — with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Despite being in the heart of Blackpool, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. What really sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Whether it was advice on local attractions or dietary requests at mealtimes, nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfasts were hearty and satisfying, served in a bright and cheerful dining area. It made for the perfect start to each day before exploring nearby landmarks like the Winter Gardens, the Tower, and the beachfront — all just a short walk away.
