"Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return."

"Clean property, in a good , convenient location. 10 min drive to the Ski Jewel skiing area. Very nice and friendly hosts and personnel. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The dinner they offered was excellent, truly authentic food!! Would recommend this place to friends and family!"

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. "A lovely modern hotel conveniently located by the airport and a short bus ride from the city center. We did wish the amenities had included a way to make tea or coffee in the room."
