"Great location, services and friendly staff. Bus stop to the old town was only a few minutes away from the front door of the hotel. We bought several guided day tours from the travel desk, the Dubrovnik Pass and city bus passes and charged them to our room for convenience. Nice pool area where you can sit and relax while sipping your favorite drink. Fabulous breakfast buffet with specialty coffees, fruit, breads and pastries, eggs meats and cold cuts. Very expansive menu. We used the hotel airport service too and it was very convenient and comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Palace Natali. The food was excellent but quite expensive, we would strongly recommend the chicken. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean. The area is very quiet and the sunsets magical. Stairs back from the old town not for the weak of knees (>200). Dubrovnik old town is lovely and we would strongly recommend the cherry mojito at Tatas."
