"The hotel was great, providing us with a large clean room. The gym is small for what I am used to with only a few cardio machines on no strength training options. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of delicious options including my favorite, salmon. The parking situation is tricky because the location is surrounded by complicated one ways where people are always walking in the streets. Their entry is a small nook in the building which has a car lift/elevator to take the car down into the lot. You have to temporarily park up on the sidewalk and let reception know that your car is waiting to be taken into the lot. The system works, but can be frustrating to people who are not familiar with it since driving past the spot means another long winding through one ways. Given all that, I would definitely stay there again given that it is right in the heart of Krakow and the room we had was so spacious we could have had a dance party in there."

"This hotel is a short walk from the main train station in Krakow, which makes it quite convenient for train travelers. It is also a short walk to the mall and shopping. Old Town is about a 20-minute walk away and has to be anyone's top thing to see while in Krakow. The room we stayed in had a range top, which made it convenient to save money dining out. There are many shops nearby, as well as a farmers' market and a fitness facility for pay right next door. The room was clean and in good condition. We did not travel by car, so we had no need to utilize parking. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again if we are able to return to Krakow."

"Would recommend staying at raddison red hotel , great location about 15 mins walk into main square, and rooms were great, and never heard any noise from other rooms, and very nice seating areas in each floor level to sit. Would come back here if I return to krakow"
