"We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful hotel in Krakow with our family on March 15. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff was professional, friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the amenities. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again!"

We had an upgrade to a huge suite with a jacuzzi, we really couldn’t find fault atall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Room was big enough for what needed it for. It was really central and couldn’t be closer to the square if we tried. Really nice place architecture wise. I’d definitely go back. Only thing that drops a star is the shower curtain as awful, it was broken so it wouldn’t stay in holder and as soon as you increased the pressure it just went everywhere. So you had to hold it with one hand while showering. The staff were really nice and really helpful too. As I say, I’d definitely go back. "
