"They were super friendly and very hospitable, also helped with getting us a ride to the airport. I would actually stay there again, the room was clean, great views (especially on the terrace. Amazing Hosts."
"This was right by the metro and also Via Toledo which is a popular shopping area in Naples, Italy. Absolutely loved my time in Naples and this location was very convenient, next to many food spots and the bars!"
"This B&B was in a great location. The unit was on the top floor which was nice to look out over the street. Our host Gianluca was very helpful and gave us lots of information on the surrounding area. I would recommend and would stay again!"
"Clean and well-lit rooms convenient located in Naples. Bathrooms are well stocked with anything you may need. While the rooms themselves are lovely, the biggest perk of La Gemma is the owner, who went above and beyond to give us a good experience. She was a wealth of information in terms of navigating the city, and she bakes home made cakes for breakfast. She even went as far to pack us a bag of breakfast for our early train. "
"Location is fantastic. In the historic center, close to all the great restaurants and attractions. This place is in a very old building, as are other B&Bs in this area. Poor WiFi with no cell signal inside the building. "
"The private lobby on the 2nd floor converts this property into a luxurious experience adjacent to the Spaccanapoli. Below you’ll find open air bars with people meeting up with friends. It’s a very charming location. The breakfast in the morning can be delivered to your room or you will book an appointment with the staff for the breakfast room. The portions and options were very generous. Finally, we used this location as a base to walk down to the ferry and train stations. It’s about a...

Smart Hotel Napoli
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, check in and check out was quick and easy.
My room was clean and well sized.
It was extremely warm so the aircon in the room was brilliant.
Breakfast was nice with plenty of fresh food with extras you could pay for like omelettes but i didnt bother with this.
I also had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and both times the food was lovely and the staff really nice.
I got directions and recommendations from reception a couple of times too. Always helpful and friendly day or night. I also hired a beach towel one day and this was easy to and waiting for me at recption on the morning i needed.
The hotel is situated right on the marina near a bus stop that the airport bus uses, an underground stop and a hop on hop off bus point.
In an evening a barrier comes down closing the area off but there is always someone there to let you in. Made me feel extra safe.
Now for the only bad bit. Where my room was, i had a dock view next to the lift and breakfast room. The cruise ships arrive early and outside my window, i could even hear the arrival annoucements on the ship. It also meant people going for breakfast or to and from the lift walked right past my door and i could be quite loud. This woke me up more than once at night and in the morning. This is likely to do with where my room was. So not a reflection on the whole hotel as a whole.
I would stay there again."
"Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went.
Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English.
There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day.
We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more."
"The hotel staff were quite exceptional. They were respectful, helpful, calm and charming.
Breakfast and the pool were both highlights and the pool staff were most notable. The location is ideal, close enough to all you need yet peaceful. We would recommend this hotel highly. "
"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."
"What an amazing property . The superior suite had views of the port , mount vesuvius and castle Nuovo.
Very clean and spacious and clean.
Close proximity to cruise port , train station and city center!
We will return !"
"The staff is very kind and professional of the place is clean and wonderful. The location is perfect in the middle of everywhere when I come back to Naples this is where I’m staying."
