Michael and Garfield at front of house were friendly and we got above-and-beyond assistance in booking an excursion. Natasha learned our names day one and always offered a smile and helpful service. Vernessa offered warm friendly service and absolutely went above and beyond on our last day and made us feel so special. I could go on and on and am sorry for missing anyone! We even witnessed bar and restaurant staff expertly handle a rude and abusive guest. If you are seeking a smaller, clean, nicely appointed, well-located hotel where you will feel seen and treated with care and respect, then Coco Palm is for you. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
