I can’t fault this place for its very convenient and incredible location. The staff are super friendly and always seem eager to help. Breakfast was awesome and rivals some of the leading hotels. Truly a great value for money. If I were to visit this area again then Baymont would be my first choice.

I thought for price and location it was pretty good and reasonable, now this was on the Main Street so it will be noisy from traffic, so if your looking for peace and quiet not your place but my wife and I had no issues, I would definitely stay again

We have stayed a Baymont in Pigeon Forge several times. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk is very helpful. The breakfast is great. Kimberly is so friendly and helpful in the breakfast room. Evonne was very good in housekeeping. The location is less than a block from the main parkway. We always enjoy our stay and will be staying there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We had gone to the wrong Baymont hotel by accident and the front desk person called to help us get to the right location. Also, in the morning we got up a little bit late and the person who was helping run the breakfast she let us come in and get what we wanted to go. She was very nice.
