The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the “cook lady” was helpful and friendly, even a bit entertaining😊. Also the parking lot was well lit with ample space.

Had a wonderful stay with my dog as I was passing through for a couple of nights. For an older hotel it was well maintained and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’m a solo female traveler and I felt safe and comfortable which is harder and harder to come by these days, especially on a budget. Would stay again.

It was a good place to stay. The staff was very calm very helpful. The only issue we had was our door lock quit working on us and they had to change out the entire door handle but other than that, we had a very good stay.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. It was very close to the center of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. There’s an incredible amount of traffic because of all the events going on. Sometimes it’s better to take the trolley or walk.

Property was fine, beds were comfy, breakfast was yummy.. complaints are the location of our room was VERY noisy from the parkways and wears valley rd. There were oodles of “stink bugs” in our room and on the outside of the property as well as ants in the shower. Not to mention both our key cards both got demagnetized during our stay.

The check in staff were great!! Rooms were clean and a great location! Kimberly the morning person was very personable and helpful to everyone that came in the Breakfast. We loved when she worked as she made breakfast very enjoyable. They need more workers like her when she isn't working.
