Great location within walking distance to most everything. Seems to have been recently renovated but the shower heads are WAY to low. I am 5'2 and have to duck to wash my hair. The room was clean and we would stay here again.

The pool was not open. Even though I called and checked 3 days prior to our stay just to make sure only to get there to be told it was closed. And the locks on the doors are not very safe...anyone could get in without any trouble. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and maintained well.

The bed was clean and the air and TV worked. But the shower didn't have a shower curtain and the drain looked dirty. There were people running up and down the hall hald the night yelling and gaving a good time. I couldn't sleep. I tried calling the lobby several times and no one would ever answer. I still haven't recieved my security deposite back.

Will not recommend this place to anyone. The property is poorly maintained, and the front desk staff is often unavailable. We had to change rooms three times due to multiple issues, yet none of the options were truly satisfactory. The rooms and overall property require significant improvements and better upkeep. The only positive aspect is the convenient location, as it is close to the island's attractions and allows easy walking access to nearby areas.

To start off with we were checked into a room that had not even been cleaned from the previous people. When we entered our second room, you could smell the cleaning chemicals, so it had been cleaned. But, my wife went to use the restroom and there was a cockroach running around on the toilet. I understand that an occasional roach is going to pop up when you’re in a large facility like that. But, the entire facility was very disgusting from the get-go. We went to the Island, which is why we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to do some shopping and just walking around and when returning to the room that evening and getting ready to go to bed, we noticed a bug on the pillow. Aafter doing some Google researching, found out that it was in fact a bedbug. We packed our things around 11:00 at night and found another location in town to stay. I 100% would not recommend this hotel and it honestly should not even be allowed to operate. I don’t do this lightly as I am in sales and rely a lot on Google reviews, but this was completely unacceptable.
