Never was option to a Breakfast. Cafeteria was close and some meals are in the front door. Pool was so dirty , first time a saw a pool in this worse condition ( green dark water) mist every where, staff made a magic to attend the guest from the housekeeping until the costumer service in the from desk are the hero. But was terrible this administration
No breakfast as described, no pool as described, toilet was leaking and there was mold in the bathroom tub area. I have photos but no where to upload them.

Clean but there has roaches.
The bath tub is running constantly sounds like a fish tank low on water .
Bed was comfortable.
For the price it serves its purpose.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The negative's was the bathroom needs to be updated. I'm 5'1" and I had to duck to get under the shower head. And you could tell the sheets were washed and clean - but the one on one of the beds had a big stain on it. It is in a very convenient part of the strip.

Short getaway
Hotel was in a good area and the staff was nice and accommodating. We were booked for a king room, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work in that part of the property. They moved us to a queen room with working Wi-Fi. The king room was nice and cozy. Parking was not very convenient and the pool was already closed for the season, but it did look a little sketchy. Our queen room was large in the bed was comfortable, but we had to ask for towels. All in all we would stay there again.

You get what you pay for! The rooms werent dirty just out dates my sheets were clean my bath tub was clean and so was my toilet. The wifi works decently the beds are kinda uncomfortable. But once again it's a 40$ hotel if that and you literally get what you get pay for if you're looking for some modern place this isn't it but if you wanna go somewhere and take a shower and sleep and save a little money I'd say it'll do.
The staff was the best part about this hotel the room was missing light and plug in covers and more. The shower was not ment for anyone over 5 foot 8 and i am 6 foot 5 and had to get on my knees basically to shower completely. This hotel needs a big renovation and the pictures online are a big catfish lol. The best part tho was the staff from check in to check out the they took care of any thing we asked for and are super friendly and polite
Spend the additional $20-$50 a night and go somewhere else. This place is disgustingly dirty, extremely loud and needs gutted completely.
The two rooms we booked were dirty but thankfully had clean sheets and towels. The entire bathroom and floors were gross. Checking in was long with only one person working.
It is close, walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants, which was the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay next door. This place is not worth $160 a night.
I recently stayed at Americana Inn by Wyndham, Pigeon Forge. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful.
However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom door did not close properly, and after taking a shower, water would spill out onto the floor since there was no bath mat provided. Overall, the hotel did not feel very clean or well-maintained.
I hope the management takes note of these issues and works on improving the cleanliness and service quality for future guests.
Photos online are wildly deceiving.
We travel a lot and usually stay with Wyndham, but this location takes the crown for worst stay to date.
Aside from a decent location and genuinely friendly front desk staff (the only bright spot), this hotel offers little to nothing. Garbage was everywhere—overflowing bins, debris scattered around the property, and old mattresses dumped out back that honestly looked like they could’ve been repurposed into multiple childhood forts.
The listing advertises a continental breakfast—spoiler alert: there isn’t one. At all.
The swimming pool—understandably closed for the winter—was still visible, and I’ve seen septic tanks that looked more inviting.
To really complete the experience, the roaches came out at night, apparently feeling more comfortable in the room than we did.
There’s a massive gap under the room door, perfect for any critter bold enough to check in alongside you. And the elevator? Sketchy as hell. Every ride felt like a small act of faith.
Overall, this place relies heavily on outdated photos and brand recognition. Wyndham should take a hard look at this location—because in its current state, it’s doing the brand no favors.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is not very well maintained nor clean. We wound up canceling our reservation and staying someplace else.

The room could have been a little cleaner but the beds were clean and linens was fresh. There was some maintenance concerns. There was no latch lock and the inside door handle was in disrepair.

So, the main perk of this hotel is #1 price and #2 location. It is cheap, don't expect a perfect experience. But, if you want a place just to spend the night or that is a convenient location, this will do! The hotel is older. The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady was friendly. However, they did require a $75 deposit and that is not stated when booking. So, be aware of that!
Inexpensive motel, so you get what you pay for. Bed was just a little too high for my 5'2" frame. When I tried to brace myself on the bed to hoist myself up, the mattress slide on its metal platform. There was no coffee maker in my room, but front desk attendant Stacy personally brought one to me. Front desk personnel were super friendly and made us feel welcome. I would stay there again.
