"The hotel was nothing like described online- the room I was in had two large burn marks in the wall and the hotel was under renovations in which they chose midnight to 6am to run generators and equipment. No sleep. Wish they would have made it known that it was under renovations. We would have chose a different one. The pool and lazy river were not as described and the "floats" for the lazy river were all deflated. The pool was not heated and the water was green. It may be better once the renovations are completed but would not recommend at this time."

"Avoid at all costs—unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional If you're looking for a place to sleep in Pigeon Forge, keep driving. Sleep in your car or just go home—anywhere is better than here. The photos online are a complete fabrication; the property and the room look nothing like the advertised images. Check-in was an absolute joke. The front desk clerk didn't greet me, was incredibly rude, and actually took a personal call to chat with a friend right in the middle of checking me in. When my key inevitably didn’t work, he acted like he’d never seen me before. The room itself was a disaster: Safety: The window was plexiglass with an 8-foot crack wide enough to stick a finger through. Cleanliness: Hot, humid, covered in spiderwebs, and littered with dead stink bugs. Noise: Intense street noise, creaking/metallic sounds coming from the walls and ceiling. We only stayed because we were exhausted, but we had to blast YouTube white noise just to drown out the sounds of the dripping tub and the "ghosts" in the walls. Never again. Do not book here. This place needs to be torn down immediately."
