"Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
"This is a beautiful modern hotel that is very centrally located. It is an easy 10 minute walk to San Marco square, and there are lots of great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Water taxis pick up and drop off directly at the hotel. The rooms are quiet, clean, modern, very well appointed and have comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful courtyard each morning. One added bonus was that the hotel offers a complementary tour to the Murano glass factory. We would definitely stay here again and we will recommend this hotel to friends. The only negative is that upon checkout they added an “optional” 5% “employee benefit” (ie. tip) onto the bill. You can choose to pay this or not, but it’s a little uncomfortable to ask them to remove it. "
