"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit.
The amenities were great overall, and I especially appreciated the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that the chlorine level seemed a bit high, which made it less relaxing than expected. Still, that was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
"The check-in was quick. The lady at the reception gave us a room on the highway side, but kindly changed our room to the other side of the building, because the highway side was too noisy for me. A couple of times, I woke up during the night because of the noise from motorcycles on the highway. The AC in the room was a little too noisy and old, and when it wasn't working, I felt hot; when it was working, I felt cold.
The breakfast room was not big enough, on Sunday morning, when there were a lot of people, and not enough tables. I saw some people having breakfast in the foyer.
It would be good to add oatmeal to their breakfast.
Other than that, everything was great. I liked that there is free parking, and the room price is very affordable. "
"We needed something halfway between downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls for my sons birthday, this hotel did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the hotel was quiet and clean and our stay as a whole was perfect. "
