It really needs to have more accessible communication services. Like sending the checkin password 2 days beforehand. I was standing in front of the door for nearly 20 mins. "

"The staff at Hotel Brio were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered good options. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast service can be a bit slow, so it’s a good idea to allow extra time to wait. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"The room is acceptable for the price, surrounsing area is close (15min walk) to "love river" and "hamasen". The location isnt very touristy, but the close proximity to food and other locations are great addition."
