"great staff, nice hotel"

"She went out of her way to be helpful."

"Great place to stay if you are visiting Atacama. Very centrally located. The hotel is great with individual cottages for your room. Staff is excellent. Most tours will pick you up from this hotel or the tour company maybe a short walk. The staff is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and we never had any issues. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it."

"Great location great breakfast"

"Everything was wonderful. Beautifully curated property, with very friendly and helpful staff. My family of 7 really enjoyed our time."

"The accommodation was of a very good standard, breakfast was terrific and Guillermo the manager was brilliant - can’t do enough for you and very knowledgeable about the local area and where to go - overall a great experience"

"Very accommodating staff, packed breakfast for early starts, 20 min walk into the town and a rooftop terrace"

"We loved our stay in Atacama and much of it had to do with our accommodations at the lodge. "

"Great place!"

"We lived our experience at Atacama Loft, staff was wonderful & available any time we needed assistance. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town center, but we loved having the Mountain Views & enjoyed our walks & riding the bikes into town. We will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic family owned place. Good atmosphere and they offer shuttle service, so you can come into the city easily instead of walking 30 min. "

"Fantastic stay. Lovely room in one of the villas, Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. We hope to come back one day and will highly recommend to family and friends. "

"My fiancée and I really can’t say enough about this entire place. The staff was amazing during our entire trip! From meeting Ana and Claudio upon our arrival to meeting the chef and his amazing kitchen and service staff (with a special shoutout to Naomi) to seeing the llamas every night at dinner…the entire experience was MAGICAL!"

"Felt comfortable with everything needed. A fan was provided upon request. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Loved staying there."

"Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. Really warm and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the rustic stay."

"We love everything!"

"Great, great location. Property is beautiful. And staff are so helpful. My partner was not feeling great the first day and they were so understanding and caring. If I could give them 6 stars, I would."

"Excellent hotel! Fully recommended!!"

"Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. This is the second time we've stayed there, and it's well worth it. If you're looking for comfort and exclusivity, Nayara is the best option."

"We traveled as a family of four with two young children. The acommodation was fine, had all amenities and nice shower. The hammocks were really good for the kids. Location really good. The only drawback was that the service wasnt particularly friendly. We also didnt realise until after booking that they will add and extra 19% tax on top of the advertised fee so please be aware of this."
