"The best thing I can say is that the staff here go above and beyond! I am overly appreciative of the way I was treated during my stay! Breakfast buffet was absolutely impressive and the atmosphere/lounge was very private and comfortable! Already planning my next visit! "This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we couldn’t get a handicap room because they said that they were working on the room and they had a water leak this time they give me a hearing accessible room but online I had ordered a handicap room then they told us that they only had one handicap room and that it was not available and we got aggravated and talked to them again and they said they didn’t have anything and we actually had a handicap room, even though it was just hearing accessible. so my husband told them we wouldn’t stay there anymore. Well, about 15 minutes later they come and knocked on our door and they had a handicap room for us right down the hall that was available the whole time but we were thankful the staff did accommodate us being that my mom is on a walker. The room was nice. The only complaint that I have was the bathtub which had rails was very slick. There was no way I would’ve put my mother in that tub. Other than that the room was great. "

"Lovely old inn, overflowing (in a great way) with antiques and special touches. The host definitely has a sweet tooth…there are little bowls of sweet treats throughout… chocolates, fruit gummies, cookies which made it feel so homey. There is no TV which we found as a bonus. We spent our evening playing backgammon on an antique board instead. The only downside is some traffic noise from a nearby road but that did little to disturb the tranquility."

"There was absolutely no toilet tissue in our room when we arrived, which was a frustrating inconvenience in itself. But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away."
