"What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. "The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. "Large clean room, short on electrical outlets but given an extension cord with multiple outlets at front desk which served the purpose. Comfortable beds. View of mountain towards airport and ocean, could hear the planes take off but didn’t impact our sleep much. Great daily room cleaning with friendly staff. Nice large breakfast buffet with basic selections which should cover varying food preferences. Good location, beach, water sports, restaurants and bars, bus stop close by, trails, etc.. overall an older property but very well maintained. I’d definitely stay there again."
