"Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "The hotel was pretty and the pool was wonderful but it felt like they were trying to make money off of us at every turn. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying "don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept). I was very much looking forward to our stay and was disappointed with our experience. "

"Very nice hotel, great spa. Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians. It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab. "

"We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer. "
