What a lovely surprise!

This hotel (and town) exceeded all my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, the spa area was clean and lovely, and my room was very comfortable and spacious. And the dinner, oh my goodness. I booked halfboard just to have an easy, simple dinner after a long day of hiking. I was served a full meal in a beautiful restaurant, and everything was delicious. I stayed for one night, but it was a shame to leave, I would have enjoyed staying longer and exploring the area further.

Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival.

Zimmer sauber, hat aber definitiv bessere Zeiten gesehen; Balkon: Schwelle Balkontür ist eine Stolperfalle, auf dem Balkon gibt es zwei wackelige Klappsessel und einen wohl woanders ausgemusterten Bistrotisch; Bad: Sprünge, Kratzer, etc., Badewanne und Waschtisch Plastik, schon matt vom Scheuern. Abends Silberfischchen im Bad gesichtet. Aussicht: "Mit Blick auf die Stadt" = Ausblick auf die Hinterseite des lokalen Einkaufszentrums... Bett: Matratze weich, aber ok, Polster riesig, dick und prall, unbrauchbar, wenn man nicht halb sitzend schlafen will! Keine Alternative vorhanden... Zimmer generell: KEINE Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes, EINE Steckdose Nähe Eingang, sonst nur eine notdürftig eingestoppelte Verteilersteckdose beim Sofa, Hotel bildet sich sehr viel auf seine 4 Sterne ein, entspricht aber nicht den Erwartungen - habe ich Besseres in nur 3-Stern-Hotels in Italien erlebt. Atmosphäre: Hotel bildet sich eben sehr viel auf 4 Sterne ein - hat aber kein gemütliches Ambiente, in dem man sich wohlfühlt. Gefühlt auch keine tolle Arbeitsatmosphäre für das Personal, Speisesaal-Betreuer wird vor den Gästen von jemandem aus der Küche zusammengepfiffen, weil er nicht schnell genug putzt/aufdeckt! Dazu auch noch: Frühstück bis 10:30, aber bereits um halb 10 wird begonnen, den Speisesaal auf Mittagessen umzustellen - man fühlt sich "rausgekehrt", wenn man etwas länger beim Frühstück sitzt.

Vi havde valgt hotellet specifikt fordi at der var pool. Poolen var desværre lukket på grund af tekniske udfordringer. Så det var en noget dyr overnatning, og vi fik ikke rigtig hvad vi havde betalt for. Vi spiste på hotellets restaurant om aftenen. Måtte desværre vente en time på maden. Og da det så endelig kom havde de lavet en forkert ret til vores datter. Hun måtte derfor vente yderligere 15 minutter på sin mad. Men ellers var værelserne dejlige og personalet meget søde.
