"Property is a little run down and could use some updates.. no usb ports in rooms so be sure you pack all chargers to plug into wall.. breakfast was nice.. some of hallways on floors appear to have flooded or had water damage of some kind as you can smell"

"Dee was the morning front desk staff and she was soooooo nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me. I needed a little extra time to curl my hair and she allowed me to do so before my check-out. When I got to the lobby she gave me a water and make-up wipe to go. THANK YOU DEE!!!!! FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND."

"I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge even though this was supposed to be buffet. Was extremely surprised at lower quality of paper goods in room. Toilet paper was rough, Kleenex was cheap and stiff."
