"When we called to confirm that the hotel offered an airport shuttle, we were not informed that the service only operates during limited hours and is not available 24 hours a day. As a result, we were forced to arrange and pay for a taxi to the airport ourselves. During check-in, after learning about the shuttle limitations, we requested to proceed with checking into our room. The receptionist stated that she would be happy to assist us, but because we booked through a third-party service, she needed to help the guest behind us first. While she was checking in those guests, additional guests arrived and were also assisted ahead of us. It made us feel greatly undervalued. "

"Room was great with king size. Shower was great also. Definitely recommend hotel to stay at even though no pool or weight room. No one under 21 allowed at location."

"If you can try not to book at this Red Roof location, upon arrival to the hotel, we had to pay $100 deposit when other locations only charge $50. After entering the room, my associate went in to use the bathroom and there was a roach, very much alive, so they switched us rooms. The smell of the second room was overwhelming with cleaning products that I had to step outside, once I made it outside I see a couple of orange caps from a syringe laying on the ground. Front desk employee wasn’t very pleasant and shouldn’t checking in the guest. Overall very disappointed, but like they say you get what you pay for. All I can say is red roof do better!!!"

"The room was very musty, the bathtub was filthy. The room was dingy and made us feel like we were dirty. No one wanted to even use the bathroom due to the dinginess off rhe rooms. We had to go by lysol spray and wipes to use in the room prior to staying in it "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance/ramp was awful and very difficult getting the luggage cart in and through the doorway. Open butter dish in the breakfast area with a shared butter knife was unacceptable. Sometimes a shared bottle of jam was there also. The building is in need of repair. One spot in the room had a big dip and one mattress had a cavern; no one could have slept on that side. Refrigerators in the room was nice; it would have been good to have microwaves."
