"We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Antonio helpfully arranged transport from the airport. Via Caronda was rather shabby but we never felt unsafe in the area - Via Etnea was just around the corner with buses to the city centre and a useful 24 hour coffee kiosk/bar on the corner of the square. Our room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a small fridge. The garden was lovely to sit and unwind before heading out to one of the nearby restaurants and to enjoy breakfast....

"Great location to station as well as centre. My room was delux and very nice. The view of mount Etna fantastic. Disappointed with the room service, better not to clean at all. All the cleaner did was to make the bed. Never cleaned anything, I forgot to flush toilet and found it the same. Dust on the floor, bed cover had stains on it, clean towels not given and no toiletries replaced. Vincenzo was excellent and gave me so much needed advice.
