"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."

The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. I’d give this place a 10!"

"Lovely property and fantastic staff who went above and beyond. Hotel is about a 10-15min walk from downtown Bellano but it is a wonderful, non-touristy but still alive town. Would stay here again."
