"Property was clean, new and well maintained! Staff were helpful. Hotel is in a great location and near to Termini if planning day-trips outside of Rome. It is well located to walk to all main sights in the city. Highly recommend it and will stay there again!"

"Very clean room, beautiful property, strong AC and a delicious breakfast. Pool hours were restrictive (~18:30 closure, despite 21:00 sunset), pool towel program was weird (provide voucher for 2 towels that stay with you for the duration of your stay, if you need new towels must pay 2 euro, must return towels and provide second voucher to checkout staff). The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine for morning coffee, however once you used up the pods (2 regular 2 decaf) you would need to pay extra for additional pods.... Overall we had a good experience however the corner cutting on the towels and Nespresso pods felt cheap considering the nightly cost of the room."

"We found this hotel to be wonderful for our stay in Rome. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They arranged transportation for us from the airport to the hotel. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel the day we checked out until 9:30pm when we needed to head to the train station. Everyone we encounter spoke excellent English, and they were easy to communicate with. The air conditioning worked great in our room, and we didn’t have any issues with anything in the room. There is a hairdryer provided which was nice since we came from the U.S. and have different plug-ins. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and visited all of the Rome highlights. We felt safe staying at The Hive Hotel. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again ourselves."
