"They are so friendly and welcoming! From the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. They accommodated our many luggages to drop off so we could start our journey prior to check in and assisted us with directions. They upgraded us out of the kindness of their hearts. Could not say enough good things about them! They are right in the strip where all the major stores are - so convenient! "
"Air conditioner in the room was not working in 40 degrees heat. Shower head broken and stapled to the wall, almost impossible to shower, had to touch the wall with your head to get water, really bad. "
"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "

Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan
10/10 Excellent
"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip.
Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
"Their resturant is absolutely fantastic!!!
Valentina, their guest services agent, is fantastic!!!
The hotel ambiance and staff are fantastic!!!
Highly spending some time at this 5-star hotel."
"So convenient for our travel from the train station. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Especially Sylvia, who checked us in, walked us to the elevator, gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant and showed us the way."
"Great location and walkable. The only issue was advertising the restaurant as having a panoramic view which it would have had the bushes growing outside been cut down, otherwise fabulous place!"
