The staff were excellent and very helpful if you needed anything.
Would highly recommend this hotel, it was only a short 7/10 minute walk to the Christmas Market too. The location is great and everything is within walking distance.

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. "

"The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The location was perfect not too far from the city or shops. Communication was not the best as we had an issue contacting the owner about getting the code for the key. However, the lady at loft affair was extremely helpful and managed to get us in. Overall recommend staying here. "
