"This hotel is ok. But staff didnt know i stayed there few days. She called me to ask check out in the morning. I had to adjust jet lag so i struggled to sleeping but she woke me up. It was so annoying.
And bed and pillow has smell. Its not from cover cloth. Its from inside pillow and bed mattress. Smell was bed.
But its ok overall except what i said. "
"It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
