Very nice resort. I love the soaking tub in the bathroom. They are doing a lot a construction around the neighborhood so it’s quite noisy during the day, but at night it’s quiet. Love hearing the call of prayer in the morning and evening.

Very nice property, the rooms are renovated, fully equipped and spacious. The WiFi works very well. The location is perfect, next to super cheap,7-11. And right across the road you have Super C. Easy to get to the beach

This property had massive space as a kitchen and dining area and lounge was included as well as a separate bedroom space . Sometimes after 2 weeks couped up in a hotel room you feel very cramped - but not in this hotel !

The suite was lovely and so was the pool but it was clear that they were operating on a shoestring and not up to 4-star standards as claimed on Expedia. The 4- and 5-star reviews were either terribly out of date or just manufactured. No dining facilities except for what passes as breakfast which came with instant coffee (at a 4-star resort?) puh-leeze. While it was a brief walk to the main town, the resort was located on a busy road that was hazardous to walk on. A good thing we got familiar with eateries and shops within a 15-min walk

Shabby but good price

Do not expect a luxury experience. Upon arrival, they silently took me to my room and did not give a map of hotel/town or offer any sort of guidance about what to do or how to get around. The location of the hotel could be challenging because you have to cross the highway with no sidewalk or crosswalk to get to the beach. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and they wanted to charge me 800 BAHT ($23 USD) per night (!) to use a blanket… this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The shower had cobwebs in it so I’m not confident about cleanliness. I slept with white noise sounds to drown out the birds and construction noises (I was on far end of hotel next to construction site). The pool is small but quiet. There were no yoga classes and that whole area was shabby. The room is run down with many cracks in the wall and the TV audio didn’t work. The AC units did work very well (yay) and they provide 2 bottles of water per day. I did not eat at the hotel, they only offer breakfast. There are great food options nearby. For the price, I had a few complaints especially regarding the subpar service and blankets, but I slept well and enjoyed the walkable location.

Excellent stay

Hotel booking and check in is easy and seamless. Rooms were recently renovated and spacious. Staff were friendly. Improvement points: Slow service during ala cart breakfast Breakfast quality and quantity Closes front door after certain time at night. Guests have to enter through side door with security post. Hotel Recep unable to help much in navigating our way in Phuket due to limited English.

Das Hotel ist viel zu teuer und hat seine beste Zeit bereits hinter sich. Die Bodenplatten sind zum Teil locker, auf den Pflastersteinen wächst Gras und beim Frühstücksraum wurde eine kaputte Tür durch eine Plastikfolie ersetzt. Das Zimmer waren ok, zwar eher unmodern und ein bisserl schmuddelig. Die Bewertungen waren völlig daneben. Wir haben anfänglich erwogen, rechtliche Schritte gegen Expedia diesbezüglich einzuleiten, vor allem, weil auch telefonisch keinerlei Hilfe erfolgte.

It was a good, if extremely basic hotel. You would be better off looking to stay in another part of town as getting around isn't easy nor pleasant. Suggest closer to the beach or Fantasea. Pros - Staff eager and willing to assist, service was excellent. Courtesy bus for local area. Cons - Very very basic and old. Not a good location

Amazing boutique resort

Amazing boutique hotel with a very friendly staff, especially the GM Pim. This resort is for those looking for quiet days and evenings as it's a 5 minute walk to the restaurants. But....The seclusion was worth it. Tip...( Short cut )To head to the beach or the main walking strip, head to the Big C super market and go around the right side.

Nice hotel close to beach and quality restaurants.

Very warm and hospitable friendly staff who spent time recommending and booking hotels alon with transportstion etc. Food in the hotel of a high standsrd too.

An oasis. Lovely gardens, well tended. The apartments are huge and really clean and tidy. The manager Pim and her staff were polite and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Sehr schöne Anlage und grosszügiges Appartement

Paar 57 das gerne viel Freiheit und doch Privatsphäre mit Komfort sucht. Wir wollen nicht den grossen Hotelrummel. Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet, zudem eine äusserst gepflegte Anlage mit 2 Pools. Personal äusserst höflich und hilfsbereit. Nicht direkt am Strand, Mobilität von Vorteil.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Für uns ideal wir gehen wieder.

Helt ok

Omtänksam och hjälpsam personal. Rena och stora rum. Bra pool (extra plus för den ganska stora barnpoolen). Bra frukost. Minus för att kylen var trasig så det gick inte att få kall öl. Dock så erbjöd sig personalen att springa att köpa öl på butiken över gatan. Något dyrt.
