エアコンのリモコンがきかず、寒くなった。 部屋の鍵を抜き、電源をきって対応した。 設備の老朽化はあるが、部屋、ベッドは広く、 屋上プール、 ロビーにお茶の用意があり、 まずまず。

At the time of booking the standard room was not indicated availability without a window. terrible number # 1807, stinks of urine and black mold. to my objection that in the photo the room is indicated with windows, zero reaction. there was nothing to breathe, it was stuffy and damp in the room at night, a terrible musty smell! the hotel is located right next to the sewage treatment plant (see on the map) it stinks everywhere! I do not recommend this hotel for any money. The most terrible place to stay in my life, as an experienced unpretentious traveler. Strongly do not recommend this place to anyone !!! Patong has many other great places to stay and is also cheaper. Do not repeat my mistake. Во время бронирования номера стандарт не было указано наличие номера без окна. ужасный номер#1807, воняет мочёй и черной плесенью. на мои возражения о том что на фото комната указан с окнами, ноль реакции. дышать было нечем, ночью душно и сыро в номере, ужасный затхлый запах! отель расположен прямо возле очистных сооружений(смотрите на карте)от этого воняет везде! не рекомендую этот отель за любые деньги. Самое ужасное место для проживания, в моей жизни,как опытного неприхотливого путешественника. Категорически не рекомендую это место никому!!! В Патонге много других отличных мест для отдыха ещё и дешевле. Не повторите моей ошибки.

Reserved a king bed received 2 singles pushed together, not quite the same! Street and hall noise into the room very loud, needs new windows and solid doors. My favourit part was the poeple in the hall arguing for an hour, no one came to deal with it. Overall for the price ive stayed at much better in Patong

Nous avions réservé avec vous Hôtels.com avec votre promotion pour 3 personnes, un grand lit et un lit simple. Sur 8 étages de l’hotel Aucune chambre n’avait cela. ma fille a du coucher par terre sur un matelas. L’employée à la réception était gentille mais le gérant très antipathique. Endroit très bruyant, la piscine était sensée fermer à 22:00 heures et à minuit il y avait beaucoup de fetards qui criaient...2 soirs De suite le même scénario. A recommander pour jeunes étudiants et non pour famille.

要改变，只有老板娘好，可是老板都不换房间给我们，房间很臭，又不干净，请大家要想清楚才订

Stay away the worst

After 2 hours of waiting they finally found the booking in which I was allocated room 6107 which upon arriving the room was smashed up glass everywhere and the aircon on the floor. I went back down to then get allocated 6105 in which I went to the room and a man was already sleeping naked in there again back downstairs and allocated room 4101 which again was a unmade room. Finally I was allocated a room which I had to accept and was eaten alive all night by bugs and mosquitos. As this hotel was not for human use I left the hotel and booked another as my health and safety is more important. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies and the owner is so rude

超高性价比

酒店距离班赞海鲜市场和江西冷购物中心只有几分钟步行距离，地理位置非常优越。酒店比较安静，环境干净整洁，床比较舒服，有大尺寸液晶电视，服务人员热情。算是同区域性价比独一无二的酒店了。淋浴和排水系统一般，但不影响使用。看到很多欧洲背包客入住。需要押金有点不方便。

ทางโรงแรมไม่ค่อยได้สนใจลูกค้าเลย การทำความสะอาดก็แย่ เข้าเชคอินห้องยังทำความสะอาดไม่ทันเสร็จก้ให้เข้าไปอยู่แล้ว แม่บ้านก็บ่นว่าพนักงานโรงแรมว่าไม่เช็คไม่ดูว่าทำเสร็จละยัง ให้ลูกค้าเข้ามาได้ยังไง ทำๆไปก็ไม่มีความสะอาดเลย ทรายเต็มห้องเลย สกปรกมาก การบริการ ถ้าจองผ่านเว็บเค้าก็ไม่รับผิดชอบหรือช่วยเหลืออะไรเลย สรุปคือการบริการที่มันไม่เหมือนการบริการซักเท่าไหร่ แทบจะไม่ได้บริการอะไรเลยด้วยซ้ำ คีการ์ดก็หักก็พังไม่มีการทำให้มันดูดี ทั้งทีมีลูกค้าตลอด ลูกค้าพักเต็มแล้วไม่มีเงินไปซ่อมแซมอะไรที่พังหรือเสียหายบ้างเลยนะ ไม่โอเค พักแค่ครั้งนี้แหละกับโรงแรมนี้ เข็ดค่ะ
