Situé dans le quartier central et très sécure de Hanoi il y est agréable de visiter à pied. De plus, il est vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles, le personnel est toujours là pour vous aider. Exemple, il vous offre une boisson de bienvenue en arrivant et une personne prend le temps de tout vous expliquer. Un jour de pluie, il nous même offert un parapluie et un thé chaud en revenant.
