"We rented a 6 bedrooms house but when arrived, was given a 4 bedrooms house. We then were offer a refund of 2 bedrooms and was told refund amount will go back to Expedia account within 2 weeks. It has been more than 3 weeks and we have not got the refund. Try to contact the owner but no response. ..."
