Definitely best in the island! Excellent service which every staffs are friendly and polite. Constantly greetings which is always nice. Super nice concierge and service team. Condition is very good in the room and the whole resorts. Definitely will stay again. Nice breakfast and excellent pool. Only wish the activities will have more slot or space because it’s so easy to get fully booked.

We loved our Vietnamese stay

A wonderful experience filled with warm, exemplary staff who make it almost “their duty” to ensure our stay was comfortable. From Vy on BBQ beachfront night, to Thuan running the water sports club; from Minh, Kevin and Nancy in Rice Market, to Dora managing affairs in F&B, no task was too much and they all had a can-do attitude which makes it such a luxurious stay.

This Hotel is 5-Star !! The Pool area and the beach front is amazing , the view from the roof top bar is amazing too !! The restaurants are great , and the service are 5-star !! The only thing would be the area around the hotel is empty , so no bars our restaurants outside walking distance . Then you need to take the hotel car or a taxi 20-min in to town .

This is an amazing experience. The hotel is so incredibly beautiful. Our room was exquisitely decorated. The service is over the top. Staff are trained to address all your needs. The daily activities are varied. The yoga and Pilates instructor was very good, and I loved the daily classes. The lap pools are very very long. The sunsets are a daily show. Honestly, the most spoiled that we have ever been in a resort. Don’t miss this experience.

We stayed at Regent to celebrate our 05th wedding anniversary and the experience exceed our expectations. Check-in was smooth and very arranging on so many levels. One of the pools was under renovation so they offered us an upgrade to get a private pool. They also offered drinks at the pool bar, early checking and late check out. They also surprised us with a excellent cake in our room. The staff went extra miles to accommodate us on every single request. The hotel is just 20mins away from the airport and the beach is beautiful. The hotel opens few years back but looks brand new. That's the perfect definition of quite Luxury. Breakfast, beach restaurant and Rice Market restaurant were fantastic. You can enjoy activities every day such as yoga, relaxation, creative workshops and will never get bored. We also used the bikes couple of times to explore around the resort. Their restaurants are Halal for 90% of the options so it was game changer for our stay to enjoy Vietnamese delicatessen. Thanks again to all the staff for this memorable experience.

One of the nicer and more expensive resorts that we have stayed at (especially for Phu Quoc). We had the garden pool suite, and they didn’t let us to change our booking 5 minutes after putting in our reservation. This made us have to limit how much of the island we were able to see based on the location alone. The suite was large and well equipped with so many extras. The private dipping pool was nice. The main pool and the Fu Bar sky bar was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The included mini bar was nice, but expect house keeping to stop by your room 3-4 times a day. Kind of an issue when you are trying to have a romantic stay with your loved one. Their service was great the first 5 days, but that dropped dramatically the last couple of days of our stay. Calls for buggies to get around the resort went ignored during the rainy season, so we had to walk around during the rain multiple times. Room service was decent but don’t expect them to do some basic mods to your order.

The resort is beautiful, quiet, with excellent interior to exterior designs and decorations. I like very details of it. Breakfast was delicious with variable choices of food which may take me a few weeks to try them all. The spa is awesome. I can get lost if they don’t show me the exit. It feels like you come to a different world, beautiful and relaxing. We came with another couple and the wife told me that she felt as if staying in paradise. The staffs are super friendly. We always say hi to one another with a smile and they are very helpful when we asked for information. It was my first time to Phú Quốc. I may not know nor stay at other hotels but if I ever come again, I would chose to stay ay this resort and will stay longer. I said this because I did have a chance to stay at high-end, Montage, Hawaii, but staying at Regent Phú Quốc inspired me to write this heartfelt review.

Superb hotel

Well maintained nice hotel. Location is perfect, close to King Kong Mart, which seems to be the only shopping place in Phu Quoc. We stayed 1 week and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer, sunset cruise was beautiful and dinner on the beach was nice but food was a bit disappointing. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of local and international food, absolutely loved the omakase dinner at Oku. Prices are international though. There is not much to do in the city as the newly built buildings are pretty much empty, felt like a ghost city at night. The management was around during meal times and caught up with the guest which shows they are actively involved.

Where to start? We were looking for a beach holiday for the end of our trip to Vietnam and we found paradise! We really have travelled a lot and therefore have had many experiences around the world, but what we experienced there in our 5 days is truly second to none! From the transfer to and from the airport, the check-in, our suite, the entire staff, the food, the resort... everything was more than perfect for us! Dear Regent team, we are still grateful to you all for this unforgettable experience! We don't really want to single out anyone, but we would like to take this opportunity to thank Supervisor Ky (congrats on the promotion again), Chef Andy, Mixerlogist Daniel from Oku and Assistant Director of Rooms Tika! Top of the line luxury and service

I have never stayed at a better hotel/resort. Everything is meticulously thought out down to the smallest detail, and the service is world-class. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with everything included in the price. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Large showers and Japanese toilets added to the luxury. The on-site restaurants served delicious food. The beach is well-maintained, and no matter where you are, it never feels overcrowded. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults. The extra touch was when both my fiancée and I got sick after dining at a restaurant in Sunset Town. We had booked a morning cruise, which could only be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. I messaged the staff on WhatsApp (each guest gets a personal group chat upon check-in). They immediately understood the situation and canceled our boat trip free of charge, even though there were only a few hours left. They checked in on us multiple times a day. Since we didn’t have the energy to eat at a restaurant, we ordered room service instead, which the hotel covered. Words cannot describe how outstanding the service is at this place. Everything else is just as excellent. A perfect 10/10 in every way.

Planning to come back again

Every staff was friendly, and the hotel provided various considerate services to every traveler. 3-4 types of beautiful pools and the private beach were great for pics. The 24-hour gym was impressive, and it was nice that there were fresh coconuts in the refrigerator. I LOVED the Power Plate and could work out again without muscle aches. The food was good, and I loved our room's balcony, spacious bathtub, and waterfall-like shower. We were planning to look around town but ended up using different facilities by the hotel. Huge compliments to the staff. Ellen Hong, the Korean staff's help, was the cherry on top, enhancing our stay from perfection to dreamy. She understood what Korean family groups wanted and went above and beyond. We were staying at another hotel in Phu Quoc and were a bit flustered. But Ellen knew what we wanted before we even knew, helped us navigate the services that the hotel provided, and helped us better understand the region. This elevated our impression of not only Regent Hotel but also Phu Quoc. 어머니 모시고 오는 효도 관광이랑 신경쓰였는데, 엄마랑 다툼 없이 오롯이 쉴 수 있어 즐거운 여행이되었습니다. 올해 다시 올 것 같아요:)
