No it was off putting the garbage and floor were full of dirty qtips. And the bathrooms were locked at the pool and hottub by us so we would have to go back to the room. Beautiful stay at the Biltmore. Staff is over the top and customer service. The only thing that could be improved was that we stayed in an older part of the hotel that I believe needs to be updated.
