"The property is very conveniently located, staff is friendly and the property has recently updated their dining area. The rooms however are musty and poor air quality. There is a lot of humidity in the rooms. "

"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"Stayed for 4 nights ..
1. Had to wait for more than an hour for room to be ready when checked in at 6PM.
2. Bath rooms were stinking inspire of cleaning. Wash liquids were not refilled for 4 nights we stayed in the hotel.
3. Over-all lacking cleanliness in the common areas of the floor.
Staff were friendly and did their best they got.
