Located in crapvulle of Pheonix, maps directed me to a locked gate with all kindsbof people roaming around and tgis was at 3 in the morning. Traveling with grandaon and we kept driving. Would not want to park my truck any where around there for was afraid of break i. And would not be able to sleep, let alone wanting to expose my grandson to this. Clean up your property, pictures on lune looked great but not true representative of reality. Si disappointed.

Want a clean room? Won’t find it here… staff may have potential to be decent if given even an n minuscule amount of empowerment but the clown that somehow finessed themselves into the GM role.. The property is conveniently located in the heart of a shot-out red light district! Booked by accident while standing in the lobby of the correct, Wyndham property in Mesa but Bozo wouldn’t help me with a courtesy late fee waiver.

First the room was not ready then the air conditioner was held together with tape then no hot water I only showed ones. A couple of other things the microwave was old and rusted it was disgusting the door had a large gap you could see though then to top it off I had roaches in the bathroom. I will never stay there again and I plan on telling everyone I know not to rent there

Disgusting. When you walk in the room it has a bad smell. Floor was dirty. Bed sheets had stains not cleaned. Roaches bathroom sink water doesn't get hot shower water temp was luke warm. Was woken up at 2am by some kid asking if I had seen her puppy. Rediculous. Area is filled with homeless people.

Yes this room was very neglected. The phone was broken, the whole hotel very dilapidated, visible blood in bathroom and on beds, bedding not clean, made me itchy, hard to find entrance, gated all the way around property not shown in pictures online, looked different than online. Overcharged for this location with unseemly people. I was worried the whole time i was there.
